Carly Reiser

Carly is attending SDSU with a major in human development and family studies along with a minor in psychology.  She has set her goals high and is aiming for her graduate degree to become a school counselor.  A true heart that cares about the purpose of her work, Carly is sure to succeed.  In fact her caring nature goes so far, she received the Good Citizen Scholarship her Senior Year which was her personal highest achievement.

It's Carly's genuine ability to care about and for people along with her bona fide energy that she brings when you interact with her that sets her apart.  There is no doubt that Carly will succeed throughout her college career and we are excited she is a part of the BGO Family.

Myles Kott

Myles is attending Mitchell Tech. with a focus on Ag. Business.  He plans on returning to the family farm and carrying on the legacy his family has started.  He is highly involved in FFA and one of his proudest acheivements is receiving his State Degree

Myles showed a great dedication to his craft and desire to bring education back to the local community.  These two points are why we chose Myles for the 2021 BGO Scholarship.  Congrats Myles and best of luck.  We look forward to seeing you succeed and welcome Myles to the BGO Family

Camryn Boltjes

Update from Camryn:

My freshman year at SDSU opened my eyes to the endless possibilities of career opportunities. I have decided to declare my major as M.L.S. (Medical Laboratory Scientist). I hope to then go on to P.A. school after completion at SDSU. I have fallen in love with SDSU and it’s environment. Receiving the BGO scholarship is push/reminder that education is not only so valuable but also worth the endeavors. I know that I have a whole village of Geese supporting me!

Sawyer Naasz

Update from Sawyer:

Sawyer is attending Butler Community College in the fall and follow on to K-State to double major in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Ag Business.  She has spent her first year traveling around to ten different states judging livestock, all while making the Deans list and completing a semester of 27 credits!  Her deep seeded knowledge in her field made her rise to the top.  Congratulations and best wishes Sawyer!
